You will be met at the port by your driver and guide, who will then proceed on a two-hour drive to Hoi An. If you would like to take the Cloudy Pass, please let your driver know when you meet them, if you wish to take the old road, known as the Cloudy Pass which is a narrow and winding road, so not for the faint of hearted, but provides incredible views over Danang and Hue. Well worth the photo stop, so don't forget your camera!

Continuing your journey, you reach the culinary hot-spot, Hoian. To start this culinary day, you begin at Hoi An’s colorful market, where you will be immersed in all the amazing sights, sounds, and aromas that the market has in store. Enjoy interacting with the local merchants, and purchase ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later in the day.

After your sensory market experience, step aboard a boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the river to the Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, a true cultural experience.

On arrival, meet your chef and get introduced to some of Vietnam’s and especially Hoi An’s, best-known dishes. Hoi An is considered paradise haven of food with famous cuisines such as Cao Lau, Quang Noodle and Chicken Rice. The chefs in Hoi An are incredibly passionate and friendly as they show how to explore the many different and interesting dishes that are created. Vietnamese food is various with different flavors and ingredients. This tour is suitable for vegetarians as well. Bringing it together, with your fun and enthusiastic chef, enjoy a demonstration on how to prepare each dish. Your chef will share tricks of the trade and techniques that you will be able to use for a lifetime. After the demonstration, it's time for your chef to guide the class with the hands-on portion of the day, completing the culinary creations that have been carefully planned.

Now it's time to feast! After the lesson, it's time to relax and enjoy the incredible food that was created, and to start storing away all the incredible memories that were made. After enjoying the fresh meal, transfer back to Hoi An old town for some free time to stroll or shop. Explore the historical town, see ancient homes and remarkable architecture. See the assembly halls of Chinese influence, Art and Craft manufacturing and the must-see Japanese covered bridge.
