CHILD POLICY
⦁ Ages 0 – under
2: free of charge for tour (sharing bed with his/ her parents, maxium 1 child in twin/ double bed room and 3 children for a group of 16 pax)
⦁ Ages 2- under 11:
⦁ Child without bed (under 130cm): 65% of adult
⦁ Child with extra bed (130 cm up): 75% of adult
⦁ Child with half twin/ double bed: 85% of adult
⦁ 11 years and older: 100% charged as an adult
NOTES
⦁ Airfare, hotel, overnight cruise is chargeable on their own policy. Our Travel Consultants will give a advise to you at booking time.
⦁ There will be a surcharge for the height of children’s entrance tickets when visiting some tourist attractions in your itinerary. Please pay an extra fee if the child’s height is surcharged, if any.

⦁ Rate is applicable for Asian passport holders. In case your client holds other passport, please contact us for further instructions.
⦁ Quotation is offered for a group of 01 to 32 pax and should number of pax change, the package rate is changeable.

In case your travel duration drop into both of high and low season, we will caculate the cost and issue a new price accordingly.
⦁ The itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, road condition, flight, type of class and operating conditions.
⦁ Meals are fusion on Vietnamese cusines with daily normal breakfast at hotels. Guest should advise any special food references, allergies, deitary requirements 14 days prior to arrival date or as soon as possible in case of the last bookings for our well arrangement.
⦁ Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, entrance is denied by customs authority.
⦁ Traveller Details should to be sent to our Operation Department 14 days prior to arrival date or as soon as possible in case of the last bookings for our well arrangement.
⦁ 1 pax is granted free of charge (FOC) in twin/ double sharing room for every group of 16 pax up.
⦁ No refund can be made if any of the items included in the package is not utilized eitheir fully or partially.
⦁ TIPPING for local guide, cruise team, tour manager and driver (compulsory):
⦁ Group from 2 to 4 pax: 7-8 USD/ pax/ tour day
⦁ Group from 5-7 pax: 5-6 USD/ pax/ tour day
⦁ Group from 8 pax and up: 3-4 USD/ pax/ tour day
We will included TIPPING in our invoice at the booking confirmation time

2. Balance: 21 days prior to arrival date
3. Full payment: last minute bookings or service is booked under 21 days prior to arrival date.
Note: Wire bank transfer fee bears to sender for both countries.
BOOKING AMENDMENT
1. Amendment of booking requested at least 21 days prior to arrival date related to valid reasons:
a. A written notice to be submitted to WE GO ASIA TRAVEL with valid reasons (i.e of valid reason includes health problem, loss of immediate family members, fulfillment of government duties or similar).
b. Tour fee is refundable but subject to evaluation and approval by the provider (i.e hotels, overnight cruises, aviation,…). Request initiated without written valid reasons will not be entertained. Processing charges will be incurred if request can be fulfilled. If request cannot be fulfilled, booking will be remained as agreed prior to cancellation or change request initiated.
2. Amendment of booking related to Force majeure issue:
a. When there is no travel restriction issued by the government: In the event where the traveller would like to amend the booking due to a Force majeure related issue, please kindly inform us. We will discuss with our ground operator for amendment possibility. There is a chance that the booking cannot be amended, depending on the policy of each service provider. Still, we will try our best to fulfil the traveller’s requirement. Penalty charges may be incurred. The final decision will be communicated to the traveller after 2 working days; the decision issued by WE GO ASIA TRAVEL will be treated as FINAL.
b. When there is travel restriction issued by the government: Booking can be amended if the travel period falls under the travel restriction period as announced by the government. WE GO ASIA TRAVEL will adhere strictly to travel advice issued by the government.
c. New travel date is to be decided and to travel within 1 year from the original travel date.
CANCELLATION
We understand that plans can change, so we have a flexible cancellation policy depending on how far in advance you notify us of the cancellation. Below, we outline the refund conditions based on when you choose to cancel your tour or service:

The customer must send an email with their personal details by email. After sending, you must wait a maximum period of 48 hours for a confirmation of the cancellation.
We kindly inform you that as part of our refund process, there will be deductions to cover the costs associated with receiving and sending the refund, as well as applicable office charges. These deductions will amount to 50 USD per refund for each 1000 USD refunded. This ensures that the necessary administrative and transactional expenses are covered, allowing for a smooth and efficient refund procedure. Please note that these deductions are standard and applied to maintain the integrity of our operations while providing transparency and accountability in our refund policy. We strive to provide a high level of service and ensure that the refund process is conducted in a professional and fair manner.
