Xin Chao Vietnam! You will be greeted by our guide and transfer to your hotel in Hanoi for check in. Refreshment before we have a short city tour in the afternoon.

PM: visiting the Temple of Literature then go ahead to Hoan Kiem Lake and the French Quarter (Old Quarter Hanoi), visit Ngoc Son Temple, The Huc Bridge …(if the time permited).

Dinner at local restaurant

PM: Take a night train directly to Lao Cai (about 8:30pm – 5:00am)

Overnight on night train (private cabin, share train)

The train arrives at the Lao Cai train station (about 06:00 am). There will be a vehicle waiting to transfer us to Sapa Town. Driving to Sapa is only 38 km but it takes around one hour to make our way up the mountains. Once at Sapa, we will check into the hotel (if the room is available – check in time after 12:00pm). After freshening up and having breakfast we are ready to explore Sapa town. We embark on a lovely walking tour to the hill tribe village of Cat Cat, home of the H’Mong hill tribe minority people. As we walk to the villages nestled in the valley below Sapa we will meet some of the local minority people on their way to and from Sapa. Here we have the opportunity to share cultural experiences with families that live in the area.

Overnight in Sapa Town

Breakfast at the hotel. Then, embark on a lovely trek that will take us along buffalo paths and trails and through several hills tribe villages Lao Chai & Ta Van, home to Black H’mong, and Dzay people. This is an absolutely spectacular walk through stunning scenery inhabited by some of the friendliest people you can meet. Once on the valley floor you can really appreciate the wonderful scenery that surrounds you. The walls of the valley are covered with multi-layered rice terraced fields and scattered villages. Return to Sapa and then to Lao Cai railway station by car. The guide sees you off there and takes you on the train.

6:00pm: Enjoy dinner at the restaurant.
Free until taking the train at 9:00pm back to Hanoi.

The guide will pick you up from Trainstation to the restaurant for Breakfast

07:45am – 08:30am: Transfer to Halong Bay
Around 12:00, you are welcome by cruise team, check in & enjoy a welcome drink while your cabin will be assigned.

Relax, sightseeing, and take photographs before lunch is served. It’s a wonderful opportunity to admire thousands of islands and islets with magnificent caves and grottoes the inside the islands, admires sparkling stalactites and stalagmites like germs, and listen to the legends of the Dragons and the land and seascape in the area.

Overnight on cruise in Ha Long Bay

Early bird risers may be awarded a great chance to enjoy the sunrise and the amazingly peaceful breathtaking beauties of Ha Long Bay’s seascape in the early morning. Refresh your body & soul with a Tai Chi martial art less on the sundeck. After breakfast, you continue to enjoy the sightseeing tour on the cruise until noon, sightseeing, taking photographs & relax on board.
Lunch will be served on Cruise (or in a restaurant on land in Halong city, depending on different cruise programs).

Disembark at 11:00 AM then transferred to the Hanoi capital.
