DAY 1: MANDALAY ARRIVAL – MANDALAY HILL SUNSET (-/-/-)
Mingalabar! Upon arrival, a driver and tour guide will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel in Mandalay city center.
Known as the hub of Buddhism in Myanmar, Mandalay is a realm of stupas, monks and monastery. The most fascinating visit will be the time to behold the monks doing their worship and having meals.
In the afternoon, visit Mandalay Palace, Shwenandaw Monastery – noted for its exquisite wood carvings, gold leaf beating workshop, Kuthodaw Pagoda – known as the world biggest book and finish the tour by visiting Mandalay Hill to watch the sun-set and the panoramic view of the city.

DAY 2: MANDALAY CITY – INWA – UBEIN BRIDGE (B/-/-)
Star the day with a visit to to Amarapura. Being famous for Mahagandaryone Monastery, Amarapura is the best place to experience the monk life in Mandalay. Every day at mid-morning, monks and novices line up silently to receive their daily offering of alms and food from faithful Buddhists.
Next, head to Sagaing, discover the monk education, visit Budda cave, Uminthonze pagoda and Sunooponnyashin pagoda. Behold the panoramic view of Mandalay.
You then cross the river by ferry to Inwa (Ava), situated on the banks of the Irrawaddy River. Once a royal capital, Inwa is now a quiet rural oasis. Enjoy a horse cart ride around the peaceful countryside, visiting Bagaya Kyaung, a beautiful teak wood monastery, Maha Aungmyay Bonzan Kyaung, and Nan Myint tower.
End of the day, walk over Ubein Wooden Bridge, the longest teakwood of its type to Mahamuni Image – a bronze Buddha image castled during the lifetime of Buddha himself. Enjoy great sunset view here.

DAY 3: MANDALAY DRIVE TO BAGAN. HALF DAY SIGHTSEEING (B/-/-)
This morning you take the drive from Mandalay to Bagan, Myanmar’s archeological wonderland, where over 3,000 ancient temples blossom from the countryside. Start your tour with a trip to the beautiful, gold leaf Shwezigon Pagoda and learn about the Burmese Buddhist tradition. Continue your tour with a visit to Ananda Temple, stopping along the way in the Bagan plain to admire some of the surrounding temples. In the afternoon, take a tour of a local lacquer wear workshop and learn about this traditional craft.

DAY 4: BANGAN TEMPLE EXPLORATION BY E-BIKE (B/-/-)
After breakfast, you begin the day with the e-bike drive to one of the biggest temple in Bagan: Nan Paya Pagoda and many other interesting sites nearby. Continue with sightseeing to Minkaba Gubyaukyi Temple, experience the architectural differences in MyaZedi Pagoda before heading to Manuha Temple. The highlight of today is the panoramic sunset view from the second highest pagoda of Bagan, the ShweSandaw Pagoda.

After breakfast, fly to Heho, our gateway to Inle Lake, which is known as the most beautiful lake in Myanmar. The lake’s calm waters are surrounded by high hills and dotted with floating gardens and stilted villages. Then drive to NyaungShwe where a private local motorboat will escort you to your luxurious hotel. On the way, visit the remarkable Nga Hpe Chaung monastery and its Shan Buddhas and Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, the lake’s main sanctuary

DAY 6: INLE LAKE BOAT TOUR (B/-/-)
Continue our sightseeing in Inle Lake, maneuvering by boat though long, scenic channels where you can watch the farmers cultivate their produce in “floating gardens”. You will visit the fascinating village of Indein, with it’s complex of ancient shrines and stupas and walk though exotic colonnades of stairways and shop stalls.
You will visit the “long neck” tribal women, and weaving and craft villages perched on stilts. See the lake’s unique “leg rowers” – the Intha people row standing up with one leg wrapped around an oar. It is a feast for the senses and a photographer’s dream.

After breakfast, you will catch a flight from Heho to Thandwe. It is time to immerse in the pristine water of Ngapali Beach and the beautiful green coconut groves. It’s your time to relax and enjoy.
