DAY 1: YANGON ARRIVAL (-/-/D)
Our tour guide will welcome you at the airport and take you to your hotel to get settled in.
Your highlight for this evening is the dinner in Karaweik Palace overlooking to the Royal Lake and Shwedagon Tower. The dinner of fine Burmese food will be served followed by an amazing cultural show.

DAY 2: YANGON – FLY TO BAGAN (B/-/-)
This morning you will catch the early morning direct flight to Bagan, Myanmar’s archeological wonderland, where over 3,000 ancient temples blossom from the countryside. Start your tour with a trip to the bustling Nyang U Market in Old Bagan then explore the beautiful, gold leaf Shwezigon Pagoda and learn about the Burmese Buddhist tradition. Continue our tour with a visit to Ananda Temple, stopping along the way on the Bagan plain to admire some of the surrounding temples. In the afternoon, take a tour of a local lacquer wear workshop and learn about this traditional craft.
Enjoy the beautiful sunset cruise on Ayeyarwaddy River for today.

DAY 3: EXPLORE BAGAN TEMPLES (B/-/-)
After breakfast, begin the day with an exotic horse cart to one of the biggest temples in Bagan: Nan Paya Pagoda and many other interesting sites nearby, continue with sightseeing to Minkaba Gubyaukyi Temple, take note of the architectural difference in MyaZedi Pagoda before heading to Manuha Temple. The highlight of today is the panoramic sunset view from the second highest pagoda of Bagan, the ShweSandaw Pagoda.

DAY 4: BAGAN – FLY TO HEHO – INLE LAKE (B/-/-)
Catch a flight to Heho and drive to the beautiful Inle Lake, the second largest lake in Myanmar, located 900 meters above sea level and is home to the Intha people, famous for their one leg rowing technique.
Upon arrival, board a motorboat for a sightseeing tour to Phaungdawoo Pagoda, famed for its richly gilded five small Buddha images. This pagoda is also believed to be the holiest in Inle Lake. Our next visit is Ngaphechaung Monastery, once known as “jumping cat” pagoda. As you travel further toward Nam Pan village the cotton and lotus weaving factories and cigar making houses will impress you with true traditional Intha life.

DAY 5: INLE LAKE BOAT TOUR (B/-/-)
This morning, you will visit the “5 Days Market” which is held in different villages surrounding the lake. This is definitely a fascinating place to enjoy the scene of local tribes in their colorful clothes and exotic market atmosphere.
The boat will then take you to beautiful temple of Indein, located on the hill overlooking the lake. It will be relaxing to walk along the corridor and enjoy the giant columns that have been left to nature for centuries.

DAY 6: INLE LAKE – HEHO – FLY TO YANGON – CITY TOUR (B/-/-)
Have breakfast in the hotel, you leave Inle Lake by boat. Driver & private car is await for you at the boat jetty and take you to Heho airport for the flight to Yangon.
In the afternoon, take a half day city tour exploring the heart of Yangon city; Chaukhtayi pagoda. Continue to Yangon downtown with the British colonial buildings such as Emmanuel Church and Inland Water buildings… Discover the most outstanding pagoda in Yangon: Shwedagon pagoda, the golden pagoda is really a must see while you are in Myanmar and the rest of afternoon visit the Scott market. It is now the main tourist destination where you can find antique, Burmese handicrafts & jewelry shops, art galleries & clothing stores (Closes on Monday and some specific holidays)

DAY 7: YANGON – FLY TO HO CHI MINH CITY (B/-/-)
Today you leave Yangon for Ho Chi Minh City (also named Saigon).
Welcome to Vietnam! Upon arrival, you are greeted by our driver and tour guide. Head to hotel, check in and relax.
Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure to recover from jet lag and explore the city on your own.

DAY 8: HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR (B/-/-)
Enjoy a full day to tour Saigon’s diverse attractions. Start with a visit to Saigon’s China Town including Binh Tay Market, Thien Hau Pagoda; then learn about traditional Vietnamese medicine at the FITO Museum and browse through the amazing array of goods at Ben Thanh Market.
Stop for lunch then continue on the city tour with a visit to the War Remnants Museum, the former Presidential Palace, the nearby Notre Dame Cathedral and the City Post Office. You conclude the day exploring the city’s French colonial architecture, stopping at the Opera House and the City Hall on Nguyen Hue broad walking promenade in the middle of District 1.

DAY 9: HO CHI MINH CITY – MEKONG DELTA – CAN THO (B/L/-)
Today you spend a day away from the busy city of Saigon and drive to Ben Tre Province. Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda, an ancient southern architectural gem in Tien Giang en route. On arrival at Hung Vuong Pier, take a boat on Ben Tre River – one of tributaries of Mekong River.
Experience lively activities along river as fishing, water transferring… Stop at brickwork to see how to make bricks in handy traditional style by printing and baking. Reaching a bee-keeping farm where Vietnamese traditional music can be heard and seasonal tropical fruit as well as honey tea can be tasted.
Visit one of the plenty of coconut processing workshops where coconut candies are made and have a chance to learn the coconut candies making process located along canal. Turn on natural scissors creeks where they look smaller and smaller to go to village. Take a walk to family workshop making sleep mats.
Afterward, being on a cart powered by a motorbike or biking and traveling through some tranquil villages where vegetables gardens to be able to touch on real life and find out about tropical culture from Peasants. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon, take a rowing-boat along water palm creek and boat back to Hung Vuong Pier where your car will take you to Can Tho – the largest city in the Mekong Delta.

DAY 10: CAN THO – RACH GIA – PHU QUOC ISLAND (B/-/-)
Wake early and leave the hotel to visit the famous Cai Rang Floating Market by motor boat. Experience the daily life of the Mekong River Delta as vendors from around the region gather to sell fresh fruits, local delicacies and handmade goods. Proceed your discovery of the region with a tour of the cottage industries to see people making coconut candies and rice paper.
Continue to Rach Gia with 3 hours driving to take the speed boat to Phu Quoc Island. Situated in the Gulf of Thailand, 45km west of Ha Tien Province, the forested island of Phu Quoc and its beaches were voted as “The most cleanest and beautiful beach of the world” by the ABC News in the end of February, 2008″. Upon arrival, the hotel shuttle bus will come to pick up you at the jetty. Check in to the hotel and free at leisure.

DAY 11: PHU QUOC – FREE AT LEISURE (B/-/-)
Today you are at leisure on beach. Obviously, the beaches around the island are very pristine with clear crystal water. Further onshore, coconut palms and tropical forests feature a huge evergreen area. Apart from enjoying a complete relax in fine beach hotels and resorts, you can also cruise to the nearby islets for snorkeling, fishing, scuba diving or hiking along the dirt tracks and paths through the pepper and cashew plantations to explore the Island’s natural beauty of sun-drenched beaches, vivid marine life, tropical forests and verdant countryside.
